Most of you will know that I’ve been thinking about finding a studio space for a while now, Some of you will know that while I was traveling we lost the use of our yoga room in the village court, Many of you naturally are curious about what’s going on.

The loss of our space was more abrupt than I would have chosen, especially while being transcontinental at the time! (b.t.w. trip was amazing/ post travel blog coming soon) The time for change is here, it feels good to be exploring new options. Exactly where we will end up in the long term is still uncertain but I’m so grateful for your support along the way.

I am very excited to be running evening classes in the tranquility of The Australian Botanic Gardens, Mount Annan, at The Bowden Centre. We have a big beautiful space surrounded by the forces of nature, it is great to be able to work in this energy field, supporting the gardens and deepening our practise together.

For this term I will be working on a reduced timetable in order to have time to give the long term options the focus they deserve. For the next 5 weeks only Wednesdays and Friday classes will run. In about 5 weeks time I plan to add Tuesday evening  to the timetable. Stay tuned to social media for booking release dates. You can currently book  Friday morning Mindful movement class here there are 3 spaces left.

Meanwhile I will be gathering accounts, stats, making plans and talking to business advisors to see if I think a studio space is a viable long term option for us. I am not a natural business person and I like to have time and freedom to practise what I preach/teach, honestly I don’t know where the future will take us, but I do know that I intend to enjoy the ride.

Please don’t hesitate to get in contact if you have anything I can help you with or you can help me with. Collaboration and community are two of my favourite words. Come to classes when you can, or book in for a private session anytime.

I feel highly optimistic that whatever life brings is what we all need the most. I feel very blessed and supported through all the twists and turns. Life will always be unpredictable even when you think you know what’s going on. I’m enjoying surrendering to the unknown and gathering my forces to go with the flow wherever it may lead. I’m ever so grateful to be sharing this journey with you.

All together now sing it with me:
