Somedays the internet is one big open door to a whole cosmos of information, connections, co-incidences and strange electronic intimacies. I have many Ideas and plans for personal, interesting, detailed blogs I’d like to write you, but time; (being most likely an illusion) persistent and relentless turns everything into this. Small meaningful manageable mess of matter from a mind so open I’m falling straight through. The bad news is there is no parachute, the good news is there is no ground.

Don’t be afraid to open new doors, don’t be afraid to walk straight through them. xo

Leave the door open for the unknown, the door into the dark. That’s where the most important things come from, where you yourself came from, and where you will go.

Rebecca Solnit, from “Open Door,” A Field Guide to Getting Lost
